A dumpster for electronic waste and bulky trash will be available in the loading dock from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM. This service is free of charge and open to all tenants that would like to participate. All bulky items and E-waste will need to be taken down via the freight elevator to the loading dock zone where there will be designated areas for these items. 

Kindly, check in with Loading Dock Security Officer to get directions on where to drop off your E-waste items. If a tenant would like to utilize the Building's day porters and the large gray trash bins, there will be a charge of $30.00 for each trash bin and a $41.00 per hour for the day porter's labor
(Please note, day porters cannot remove furniture or equipment heavier than 20lbs).
