Century Park will be hosting a building-wide cleanup for electronic waste and bulky items on Thursday, July 25, 2024. A dumpster for electronic waste and bulky trash will be available in the loading dock from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. This service is free of charge and open to all tenants that would like to participate. All bulky items and E-waste will need to be taken down via the freight elevator to the loading dock zone where there will be designated areas for these items. 

Kindly; check in with Loading Dock Security Officer to get directions on where to drop off your E-waste items. If a tenant would like to utilize the Building's day porters and the large gray trash bins, there will be a charge of $30.00 for each trash bin and a $41.00 per hour for the day porter's labor (Please note, day porters cannot remove furniture or equipment heavier than 20lbs).

At Century Parks ‘Derby Day’, You Could Win $1,000 for the Charity of your Companies Choice!

The Race is On! Here's How to Participate:

1. Choose Your Charity: Have your company representative email CPEVENTS@CBRE.com and tell them which charity you'd like to support if your horse wins the virtual race.

2. RSVP Your Team (5 minimum): Get at least 5 employees from your company to RSVP through the Century Park App. This confirms your horse's entry in the race! Space is limited, so gather your team!

3. Bonus: Name Your Horse (10+ RSVPs): If you can get 10 or more employees from your company to RSVP, you'll not only secure your horse's spot, but you'll also get to name your virtual racehorse!

4. Win for Your Charity: If your company's horse wins the virtual race, a cool $1,000 donation will be made to the charity you chose!

Key Points:

• You need a minimum of 5 RSVPs from your company to confirm your horse's participation.

• Additional RSVPs beyond 5 are welcome and will allow you to name your horse (if you reach 10+ RSVPs).

• Only 16 horse slots are available, so RSVP early to secure your spot!
